Wood Pigeons having a bite to eat
The regular pair of Wood Pigeons that keep visiting the bird table star in this 1 minute 25 second video, taken by the CCTV camera prior to the bird table extension a few months ago.

As a prelude to a future NatureCam video presentation (when an opportunity to use a broadband connection arises), a couple of photo’s featuring a Pica pica (Mr Magpie) and a pair of Columba palumbus’ (Mr & Mrs Wood Pigeon).

Let’s nibble Bill Oddie’s nuts…
I really need to find a way of connecting the video recorder to the computer. Taking photo’s of the tv screen just doesn’t work properly.
So here we have Mr Pigeon having a late breakfast this morning, he took a good 6 minutes to finish his feast. From careful study, I have discovered he prefers Bill Oddie’s Nuts to the local garden centres Wild Bird Seed…
