Duplicating a tenancy agreement is seriously dull (as I have found out today). So far to liven it up a little i’ve made one slight alteration…
“PROVIDED THAT nothing in this sub-clause (5) contained shall impose any liability on the Tenant which is cast upon the Landlord by statute.
(6) Not to… Keep or harbour any cats, dogs, cows or wildebeest at the property.”
I’m of course concerned about the damage to the fences the Wildebeest could do so the tenants will be banned from keeping any. The tenants are Polish though, so probably won’t have a clue what they are anyway…
. There are apples galore from the 4 apple trees (eating & baking), the pear tree is just about ready and full of pears but another week I reckon for the blackberries and red grapes…
