2 / 10 councils say ‘no’

Authority says ‘no’ to road tolls (BBC NEWS)

Ah, you’ve got to like Dave, he’s great fun. I heard him on the radio earlier today talking in his usual no nonsense, straight to the point, say it like you see it way. Stockport Council has now joined Trafford Council in opposing the congestion charge. The other eight councils are going with the thumbs up.
