I got a letter today from Churchill – the most incompetent insurers ever!
My favourite line was “As a previous policyholder, we hope you remember Churchill for providing excellent service and value for money…”
Yup, I remember the excellent service, the letter I wrote to the managing director complaining that the people in the claims department were basically vegetables who were unable to do anything… anything at all.
Then there’s the value for money…their renewal quote a year ago was over £100 more than Budget who I switched to.
I was so disgusted by their service I even took the nodding Churchill dog out of my car and it hasn’t been put back since…
